What I am focused on

Effectively all of it goes into the company, which is in stealth. The manifesto is the only part of it I can point you at right now.

The three of us work together in Frankfurt am Main most days. That has not changed since the first thing we built together and I do not expect it to.

What I can say about the current phase is that it is the same shape as every good phase I have been in: a small number of real situations, watched closely, with the gap between a problem and a fix measured in hours rather than sprints.

Mostly older material on judgement and decision-making under uncertainty, which turns out to be a much deeper field than the current wave of interest suggests. A lot of it predates software entirely, and the pre-software version is frequently sharper because nobody could hide behind a tool.

Also, still, anything careful about forecasting and calibration. That habit is not going away.
